Return Policy

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or issue refunds for worn or used items, custom-made nameplates, or custom made jewelry. We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. It is important to us that our customers do not wear jewelry that has been previously worn, even if it was only once. Same goes for bags, watches and the rest of the physical products sold on this site. Neither of these are eligible for return unless there were mishaps that occurred prior to shipment or a repair is required.Β 

Adel’s Luxury will only accept returns in cases where visible evidential defects are found on the purchased product. We do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason.

If you receive an item with defects, we will offer the following options: a return/replacement of the item(s) or a store credit equivalent to the value of the item(s), which can be used for a future purchase.

Please note that all sales are final due to hygiene reasons.

Return and Exchange Process:

Adel’s Luxury allows exchange request for unworn or unused items. To be eligible for a return and store credit, you must contact us within 24 hours after delivery by sending an email to hello@adelsluxuryblog.com. Please include clear pictures of the damage. We will assess whether the item needs to be returned to us or discarded. If we require the item to be returned, we will ship out a replacement upon receiving it. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the item’s purchase value.

Please note it may take up to 3 business days to review your return request.

How to Return an Item after it has been validated by us as damaged:

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will be emailed specific instructions which will include a FREE return label. You will print out this label and attach it securely to your shipping box. Mail the box and you will be notified immediately when your return is received.

All returned merchandise is subject to quality assurance inspection. If your returned merchandise does not pass quality assurance inspection it may be returned to you, and the refund shall be voided.

Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender:

Please ensure that you provide the correct address when placing your order. If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient address error, a $8.50 shipping fee will be charged to resend the order to the correct address.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you may contact customer service at hello@adelsluxuryblog.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we can not process cancellations or refunds after 24 hours.
